Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition
All original packaging, accessories, tags, and included documents are returned
The item is securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

In these cases, Ormexis will cover the full cost of return shipping and provide either:

A replacement item, or
A full refund

For shipping damage claims, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to:

Ordering the wrong product
Sizing issues
Personal preference
No longer wanting the item

You may still return the product within 30 days, provided it meets the return conditions above.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item?

Item Not Received

If your package has not arrived, please contact us at support@ormexis.com so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer either:

A replacement shipment, or
A full refund

⚠️ Important: Returns must be pre-authorized before being sent. Our business address is not a public drop-off location.

Once your return is received and inspected:
